Frequently asked

Pricing,
plainly answered.

How does pay-per-transfer pricing actually work?

+

You set the scrub criteria — age, state, qualifying questions, refund window. We send a sample transfer file for QA, then go live. You're invoiced weekly only for transfers that passed your scrubs and stayed on the phone past the refund window (typically 90 seconds).

What's the minimum commitment?

+

No long contracts. Most partners start with a two-week pilot at low volume, then scale into a 90-day program with weekly performance reviews. You can pause or cancel any campaign with seven days notice.

Do I provide the data or do you?

+

Either. For ACA and Medicare we usually run TV-inbound and your owned data. For Final Expense and Auto we provide aged and fresh data through our compliant vendors. We're happy to run on your data with a TCPA scrub on our end.

How long until we go live?

+

Three weeks from signed SOW to first transfer. Week one is licensing, scripting, and dialer setup. Week two is agent training on your offer. Week three is a small-volume soft launch with daily QA reviews before we scale.

What's your refund / replacement policy?

+

If a transfer disconnects inside the refund window, fails your scrubs, or is provably non-compliant — it's credited. Period. The credit policy is written into every SOW and visible in real-time on your dashboard.

Are you compliant with TCPA, DNC, and CMS?

+

Yes. Every outbound campaign runs against federal and state DNC lists, TCPA-compliant consent capture, and (for Medicare) CMS marketing guidelines. Our compliance team reviews every script and SOA recording. See compliance.html for the full breakdown.
